During your visit we can use art, play therapy, mindfulness activities, CBT, or just talk. We will explore life’s difficulties, utilize your strengths, make a realistic plan for therapy, and work on your goals as a team in a safe space. I will work to create a collaborative, trusting, and caring atmosphere to explore your concerns.
