LICENSED GRADUATE PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR
“We can do hard things.” - Glennon Doyle. I encourage my clients to show up, both in session and in their lives, in ways that they define as meaningful and authentic. I believe in the importance of feeling it all and, in the idea that we are not working to feel GOOD, we are working to FEEL good. I ask my clients to come into session prepared to do hard things. Growth is uncomfortable. The work that we do is tough, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for all of my clients.
I have experience working with individual clients ages 15+. My focus tends to be on self-esteem, coping skills, and/or depressive or anxiety symptoms. I believe in working hand in hand with my clients, tailoring our sessions to fit each unique
individual. Only the client knows where they want to go or how they want to live their lives.
The decision to start therapy is an incredibly personal and meaningful one, take a moment to thank yourself for doing this hard thing. If working with me is something that seems fitting to you and your needs, please feel free to connect. It is an honor to get to do this work with you.
