Therapy is a unique experience for each individual and I am mindful of that with my approach. Beginning the therapy journey can be filled with mixed emotions such as anxiety, fear, hope, and relief. It's my goal to create an open and safe environment where clients can explore their inner selves without judgment. That clients will feel empowered as we collaboratively work together to develop new insight, tools, and utilize strengths and support systems as one navigates challenges in life.

I specialize in working with ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. I’m here to meet the client where they're at and support them in reaching their goals. I use a multitude of treatment modalities tailored towards the clients individual needs. I pull from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and SFBT utilizing a compassion and strengths-based approach.
