During my 15+ years of being an art therapist, I have helped individuals of all ages and backgrounds heal and grow. You will be surprised with what your art can tell you about you. In addition to my work as an art therapist, I was appointed as a board member to serve on the Harford County Cultural Arts Board, I am a Board Approved Supervisor for LGPAT's and also supervise art therapy graduate students.
I enjoy moving paint around canvas boards, learning new crafts, treasure hunting in thrift stores and hanging out with my family. I look forward to learning about you!

The decision to start therapy is an important step toward change and personal growth. It may not be an easy step but you won’t be alone. I want to help you through whatever lies ahead on your path. I will support and encourage you to express yourself in the most meaningful, genuine way possible. That may take the form of talking, art making or other creative, mindful engagement. I will provide empathic, nonjudgmental listening and create a safe space for you.
In addition to developing skills to manage symptoms, I will help you understand the core issues. We will work together to create lasting, positive change that will help you live more of the life you want. Our time together will be full as we walk through what may be difficult as well as joyful, with hopefully a few laughs along the way!
