I believe we all have the capacity to evolve into the best version of ourselves. My goal is to assist clients in developing insight about themselves and tools to help create resilience and confidence in managing life's stressors. I have experience in working in community mental health, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and psychosocial rehab settings. My professional journey has included working with people struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, family conflict, anger management, stress, trauma, grief, school issues, ADHD and other behavioral issues.

Taking the step to enter therapy, whether it's your first time or not, can feel very daunting. I am hear to walk along side you during this journey to provide support, problem solving, guidance, empathy, a non-judgmental and open space to explore your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to help you cultivate the tools to to help you live your best life!

I am passionate about working with children, teens and young adults. I take an person centered and integrative approach, pulling from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Art Therapy. I value using a collaborative and creative approach to helping clients with their personal healing process.
