I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and practice from a person centered approach. I also incorporate mindfulness-based activities, as well as play and art therapy techniques.

I look forward to hearing from you and beginning our journey together!

I have worked with kids, teens, and young adults, and adults in a variety of settings including schools, private practice, residential settings, and therapeutic camps. I have a strong background and deep passion for working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their families.

Whether you or your child need support adjusting to school/work/activities, managing and understanding strong emotions, navigating social/separation/generalized anxiety, coping with a life change, or finding the right sensory diet, I am here to help guide you through your therapeutic journey tailored just for you.

During that time, I discovered my deep passion and love for helping neurodivergent clients. I also worked at George Washington University Community Counseling Services Center where I gained invaluable experience helping young adults navigate difficult life transitions and everything that comes along with “adulting.” I have also worked in the private practice field in Chevy Chase, MD the year after receiving my degree.
