Reduced Rate Program

Making therapy fit your budget

We believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health care, regardless of their financial situation.

Our program offers the expertise of Master's-Level interns in the last year of their Counseling or Clinical Social Work program at a significantly reduced rate of just $30 per session. These interns are carefully selected and supervised by experienced licensed professionals, ensuring that you receive excellent care throughout your therapeutic journey.

We understand that affordability is a key factor in seeking therapy, which is why we also offer a sliding scale fee structure. If the standard rate of $30 per session is still challenging for you, we can work together to determine a fee that suits your financial situation while ensuring you receive the support you need.

Supervised Support:

Our interns are closely supervised by licensed professionals who review their work and provide guidance. This ensures that you receive the highest standard of care and that your therapy sessions are both effective and beneficial.

Affordable Expertise

Our interns are passionate about their work and committed to providing exceptional care. Despite their reduced rate, they bring a wealth of knowledge and are equipped with the latest evidence-based techniques to support you on your path to wellness.

Safe & Confidential:

Your privacy and comfort are our utmost priority. Our therapy sessions take place in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where you can freely express yourself and explore your emotions without judgment.

My work is primarily with teens and adults ages 11 and up. My focus tends to be on the transgender and LGBQ+ community, neurodivergence (Autism and ADHD), chronic illness, and life transitions. I have worked with kids, teens, young adults, adults, and older adults in a variety of settings including schools, special education, transitional housing, and long-term care. As an art therapist, I pull from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and a social justice approach to support my clients. Art therapy requires no artistic experience and offers a way to communicate experiences and the parts of ourselves that can be difficult to put into words. As a trans person myself, I recognize the importance of collaboration between therapist and client. I work alongside you to help you improve upon the things that you want to change in your life.

Hey there! I work with individuals 14+ who are working through life transitions, anxiety, trauma symptoms, identity-based issues, and/or relationship concerns. I also specialize in justice-oriented, culturally sensitive therapy and working with individuals who are POC, LGBTQ+, poly/ENM, or children of immigrants. I use a person-centered and holistic approach, and you can expect therapy with me to be collaborative, explorative, and focused on empowering and uncovering your inner voice. My therapeutic style is primarily informed by CBT, mindfulness, and ACT, meaning that our sessions may involve witnessing emotions/experiences, fostering non-judgment and self-acceptance, and finding more helpful and compassionate ways of thinking and being. I also enjoy incorporating expressive, experiential, and somatic techniques if that feels right for the client, whether that be through writing, music, movement, meditation, breathwork, or spirituality. Whenever you're feeling ready, let's get started!
