Have you ever experienced a stressful situation in your life that triggered feelings of anxiety or depression? At some point in our lives, we all experience events that affect our emotional well being. We may feel unable to cope with these stressful situations and need extra support outside of our circle of family and friends. Therapy can be a safe place where you can talk and express your feelings without judgment.

As your therapist, I can help guide you through this process by providing a safe non-judgmental atmosphere, provide emotional support, help you identify your strengths, and develop coping skills. My focus is working with children, adolescence, adults, family and couples counseling.

The therapeutic approaches I use in therapy are CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Acceptance Therapy. In using these therapy techniques, you will learn how to regulate your emotions, restructure thinking patterns to reduce feelings of depression, and relaxation skills to reduce anxiety.
